Frank E. Timer

Mr. Frank Edward Timer, age 84, native of Flint, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the home of his son in Union.

Mr. Timer was born in Beards Folk, W.Va., January 21, 1938, the last surviving son of Frank and Tressa Bogo Timer. He was a retired mechanic with the Caren-Answorth School District in Flint, MI. Mr. Timer enjoyed operating radio-controlled airplanes and restoring classic old cars.

Surviving are a son, Daniel Timer and wife Beth of Union, with whom he had made his home for the last few months; a daughter-in-law, Melanie Timer; nieces and nephews, Randy Butcher and wife Rennie, Tressa Butcher and husband Paul Myers, Teresa Schramm and husband Gary Corley; Ted Schramm and wife Shirley, Sue Schramm and many great nieces and nephews. Mr. Timer was predeceased by a son, Michael Timer, a nephew Denny Schramm and a niece, Nancy Schramm. He was also predeceased by brothers and sister, Mary Schramm, Alec Butcher, John Butcher and Joe Somoskey.

A funeral service and burial will take place in Flint, Michigan.
