Frank P. Vinson

Mr. Frank Perrin Vinson, age 81, husband of Janice Messer Vinson of 8279 Hwy 56, Enoree, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at his home.

Mr. Vinson was born in Union, November 9, 1940, a son of the late Loye and Rozelle Jackson Vinson. He was a graduate of Pacolet High School and was a veteran of the US Air Force. Mr. Vinson was a member of Montgomery Memorial Methodist Church of Pacolet.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Jennifer Mitchell of Woodruff; a son, James Tony Vinson of Gaffney; a brother, Billy Ray Vinson and wife Sandra of Inman; grandsons, Zachary Todd Mitchell and wife Brenna of Enoree and Anthony Vinson and wife Jordan of Lyman. Mr. Vinson was predeceased by a son Mickey Vinson; a sister, Fredia Garner and husband Ralph and two brothers, Bob Vinson and wife Carolyn and John Vinson and wife Josette.

A gathering to celebrate Mr. Vinson's life will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 PM Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel.

The family will be at the home 8279 Hwy 56, Enoree.
