Gay (Timms) Brown

Mrs. Gay Timms Brown, age 81, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home.

Mrs. Brown was born, October 29, 1943, in Fairfield, SC, a daughter of the late Grady Timms and Nellie Ballentine Timms.  She was a member of Little River Baptist Church and worked for the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Center.

Surviving are a son, Wayne Timms Allen and wife Lara of Union; three granddaughters, Michelle Allen, Carley Allen (Byron), and Lyndsay Allen Wood (Zach); one grandson, Owen Allen (Gracie); and two great grandsons.

A Celebration of Life service will be held, 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 24, 2024, graveside at Union Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Randy Smith.

The family will be at their respective homes.
