Gertrude J. Valentine

Mrs. Gertrude Johnson Valentine, age 74 of 8104 Lockhart Rd., Sharon, passed away, Sunday October 16, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Valentine was born in Cincinnati, OH, October 23, 1941, a daughter of the late Troy and Bertice Johnson. Surviving are two sons, Jerry Valentine and wife Nikki and Sammy Valentine all of Sharon; a brother, Don Johnson and special friend, Denise Turner; two granddaughters, Sacoria Valentine-Yost and husband Jay and Sabrina Valentine; a grandson, Brandon Valentine; two great-grandchildren, Samuel Martin and Layla Martin. Mrs. Valentine was predeceased by a brother, Troy "Bubba" Johnson, Jr. A memorial service was held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Bullock's Creek Presbyterian Church.
