Mrs. Glenda Harris Adams, age 75, of 119 Browns Creek Church Rd., Union, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Union Post Acute.
Mrs. Adams was born in Union, February 17, 1950, a daughter of the late Joseph M. Harris, Jr. and Eva Randall Harris. She was a graduate of Union High School and had retired from Milliken and Co. Mrs. Adams also worked as a pharmacy technician with CVS, as a caregiver with Comfort Keepers, and was formerly the bookkeeper for Adams Logging. She loved going to the beach and the lake, but most of all, she loved her family and her fur baby, Maybelle.
Mrs. Adams is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Robertson, and her husband, Reggie, of Union; her son, John Christopher Ward, and his wife, Mandy, of Bedford, IN; grandchildren Johnny Adams, Cori Patrick (Kole), Walker Ward, and Waverly Ward; and great-grandson Jaxon Adams. She is also survived by her sisters, Rita H. Canupp (Landy) and Debra Cannon (Lindsey); her brother, Marion “Shug” Harris; her brother-in-law, Graham Gault, Sr.; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Summer Armstrong, Jake Wilburn, Brenda Kinlaw, and former sister-in-law, Patti Adams. She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Ann Gault.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Holcombe’s Jonesville Chapel conducted by Mark Foster. Receiving of friends will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Holcombe’s Jonesville Chapel. Burial will follow the services at Union Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be Johnny Adams, Reggie Robertson, Kole Patrick, Jake Wilburn, DJ Long and Graham Gault, Jr.
The family will be at the home, 119 Browns Creek Church Rd.
