Harold C. Jarrett Jonesville, Sc

Mr. Harold C. Jarrett, age 79, husband of Linda Vinson Jarrett of 1184 South Jonesville Hwy, Jonesville, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care. Mr. Jarrett was born in Spartanburg, SC November 1, 1935, a son of the late Workman Jarrett and Maderia Whitmire Jarrett. He retired from Olney Paint and Metro Paint and was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. Mr. Jarrett was a Veteran of the US Army. Surviving in addition to his wife of fifty-four years are two sons: Bryan Jarrett and wife Amy of Jonesville and Scott Jarrett of Union; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Jarrett was predeceased by a daughter, Monica Senn. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, November 16, 2014 at New Hope United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Dr. Jim Ivey. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Military Honors. Active pallbearers will be Chris Nance, William Nance, Chris Henderson, Jason Sweezy, Tim Barnado and Charles Warner. Visitation will be held in the church immediately following the committal service. Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 787, Jonesville, SC 29353.
