Harold G. Moss

June 23, 2015 Mr. Harold G. Moss, age 79, husband of Frances McCoy Moss of 125 Gregory Street, Union, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mr. Moss was born in Union, SC October 6, 1935, a son of the late Luther Henry Moss and Agnes Elizabeth Foster Moss. He retired from Conso Products and was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church where he was a member of the Ola Jean Kelly Sunday School Class. Mr. Moss was also a member of the Bereavement Team. Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons: Kenneth Gene Moss and wife Lisa of Cowpens, Brent Lee Moss and wife Stefanie of Union and Lynn Thomas Moss of Moore; a brother, Bobby Moss of Buffalo; four grandchildren: Kelly Baldwin, Payton Moss, Chris Moss and Blaine Moss and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Moss was predeceased by a daughter, Karen Frances Moss, a sister, Carol Dean Smith and two brothers, Johnny Moss and Glenn Henry Moss. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Mon Aetna Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Bob Cato. Burial will be in Union Memorial Gardens. Member's of the Ola Jean Kelly Sunday School Class are asked to sit in a group. Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 PM Thursday in the church prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Mon Aetna Baptist Church, 1431 Lockhart Hwy, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home, 125 Gregory Street, Union.
