Hattie Mae Moss

August 7, 2015 Mrs. Hattie Mae Seymore Moss, age 91 of 645 Rockwood Rd., Columbia, widow of Albert Moss, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Moss was born in Union, December 30, 1923 a daughter of the late Bernice Willard Seymore. She was retired from K-Mart Stores in Columbia and attended Woodfield Park Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Sarah Jones and husband Ronald, with whom Mrs. Moss made her home; a sister, Rosa Lee Hise of Spartanburg and a granddaughter, Tammy Soma of Columbia. She was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Ann Moss, a grandson, Jimmy Soma and two brothers, Clyde and Robert Seymore. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, August 10, 2015 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Jeff Phillips. Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the services at the chapel.
