Ida Sizemore

Mrs. Ida Louise Dotson Sizemore, age 79, wife of Jim Sizemore of 360 Riley Rd., Buffalo, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at her home.

Mrs. Sizemore was born in Lee Co., Virginia, February 7, 1946, a daughter of the late Robert W. Dotson and Lena Belle Pennington Dotson. She was a devoted homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 61 years, Jim are two daughters, Dawn M. Beck and husband Steve of Spartanburg and Angela M. Griffin of Chesnee; two sons, Ronald D. Sizemore and wife Annette of Greer and Daniel S. Dotson of Columbus, OH; and two sisters, Patricia Raney and husband Robby and Margaret "Peggy" Huffman all of Greenfield, IN. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Brenda Pennington and three brothers, Billy Wayne Dotson, Robert Dotson, Jr., and Ronnie Wayne Dotson.

Services will be scheduled at a later date.

The family will be at their respective homes.
