Jacob Taylor Wade

Jacob Taylor Wade, age 23, of 1961 Mt. Lebanon Rd., Pauline, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at Union Medical Center. Taylor was born October 1, 1993 in Union, a son of Eric Wade of Union and Youie Mopin of Ohio. He was a graduate of Union County High School and attended Spartanburg Community College. Taylor was employed with Cone Mill-Carlisle Finishing Plant and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his parents are two sisters, Christina Davis of Los Angeles, CA and Jessica Wade of Toledo, OH; paternal grandparents, Vicki Nalls and Ronnie Wade and wife Gina all of Union; maternal grandparents, Lek and Bob Kellis; paternal great-grandmother, Margaret S. Wade of Union; an aunt, Khristy Wade of Union; an uncle, Chip Wade of Columbia, SC; his girlfriend, Ashley Moore of Buffalo; and numerous great aunts, great uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, July 31, 2017 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Brad Goodale and Rev. Dr. Tommy Vaughn. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family is at the home of his grandmother, Vicki Nalls, 103 Birchwood Dr., Union, SC 29379.
