Jacqueline "Jackie" (Rollins) Fowler

Mrs. Jacqueline "Jackie" Rollins Fowler, widow of Maxcy T. Fowler, of Union, passed away at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home, Union, on Thursday, March 27, 2025.  Mrs. Fowler was the daughter of the late Arthur Hardy Rollins and Bessie Pearson Rollins.  She was born in Forest City, NC, July 13, 1933.  Mrs. Fowler was a graduate of Union High School.  She had previously served as supervisor at Conso Mills, Union and retired as manager of Brittany Manor Assisted Living in Union, SC.  Mrs. Fowler was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church, as long as her health permitted.

Mrs. Fowler was affectionally known as "Amma" by many of her family members.  Surviving is her only daughter, Tiffany (Robert) Whitehead.  Her grandchildren: Ryan (Annie) Whitehead, Ivy (Hal) Garner, and Paige (Jon) Doyle.  Her great-grandchildren: Emma and Abby Garner, Ava Grace Whitehead, Evelyn and Griffin Doyle.  She is also survived by a sister, Christine Edenfield.  Mrs.  Fowler was predeceased by her brothers, Charles Rollins, Ed Rollins, and Junior Rollins, and her special companion, J.W. Crisp.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 29, 2024 at Rosemont Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Doug Estes and Rev. Brad Goodale.  Visitation will be immediately following the services at the cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mrs. Fowlers grandson and grandsons-in-law.
