James E. Boulware, Sr.

August 9, 2018 Mr. James Edward Boulware, Sr., age 75 of 210 Hope Dr., Lockhart, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2018 at his home. Mr. Boulware was born in Union, June 18, 1943, a son of the late Lewis Vernon Boulware and Pauline Keisler Boulware. He was retired from Milliken Co., Monarch Plant and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a daughter, Linda Boulware Martin and husband Aaron of Lockhart; four sons, James E. Boulware, Jr. and fiancée April Sherbert of the home, Anthony Boulware of North Carolina, Michael Boulware and Eddie Wayne Boulware both of Union; 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Jack. Mr. Boulware was predeceased by three sisters, Glynnis Austin, Barbara Dill and Shirley Fox and one brother, Lewis Vernon Boulware, II. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Lockhart Cemetery conducted by Rev. Joe Martin. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the services. Memorials may be made to the James E. Boulware, Sr. Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family will be at the home of Mary Lois Parrish, 328 North 2nd St., Lockhart.
