James "Jimmy" Good, Jr.

Mr. James Henry "Jimmy" Good, Jr., age 65 of Jonesville-Lockhart Hwy., Union, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mr. Good was born in Lockhart, July 5, 1959, a son of the late James Henry Good, Sr. and Ruth Bentley Good. He was a 1977 graduate of Lockhart High School and attended the University of South Carolina. Mr. Good recently retired from Timken Co. and he was an avid USC Gamecock and NASCAR fan.

Surviving are a son, Gregory Good of Lockhart; two grandson, Blaze and Dash Good; a sister, Marilynn Bright of Lyman; a niece, Heather Raushenberger and husband Tory; a nephew, Chris Bright and wife Jennifer and numerous cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 7, 2024 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. David Michael Sealy and Rev. Robert Scott. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the services. Those attending are asked to wear Gamecock attire.
