Janie Mae Mobley

Ms. Janie Mae Dove Mobley, age 91 of 610 S. Pinckney Street, Union, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Regional Hospice House. Ms. Mobley was born in Fairfield, SC June 5, 1924, a daughter of the late Robert R. Dove and Fannie Ghantt Dove and Della Ghantt Dove. Surviving are five daughters: Nancy K. Yarborough of Chester, Ruby Moore of Union, Judy Mobley of Louisiana, Debbie Eades and Jane Mobley both of Union; a son, Keith Mobley and wife Tracy of Chester; three sisters: Lucille Sinclair, Frances Dove and Mary Ellen Love and husband Paul all of Chester; a brother, Bob Dove of Chester; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Ms. Mobley was predeceased by a son, Edward Wayne Moley; two sisters, Betty Dove and Nancy Dove; two brothers, William Dove and John Dove and a great-grandson, Bryton Mobley. Memorial services will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church conducted by Patricia Johnson. Visitation will be held in the church following the service. Memorials may be made to Regional Hospice House, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family will be at their respective homes.
