JASON BUCHANAN BUTLER
BUFFALO, S.C.
Mr. Jason Buchanan Butler, age 44, husband of Melinda Inman Butler of, Buffalo passed away Friday, May 15, 2020.
Mr. Butler was born in Union, August 2, 1975, a son of Buck and Kathy Rikard Butler.
He was employed with Butler Law Firm, formerly employed with Cedar Hill Plant-Milliken and Company and a full-time father. He also enjoyed raising chickens, a hobby he loved dearly. Mr. Butler was a member of New Spring Church in Spartanburg. He had a huge heart for all, loved and adored his children, was a top-notch husband, wonderful son and a great friend to many. Mr. Butler was an avid deer hunter.
Surviving in addition to his parents and wife, Melinda are four sons, Blake Butler and wife Shauna of Buffalo, Jacob Butler and Mason Butler both of the home and Raygan Angel of Union; two daughters, Molli Butler and Marissa Butler of the home; a granddaughter Gabriella Walker of the home; a sister, Angie Shetley and husband Mark of Buffalo; a brother, Bucky Butler and wife Brandi of Union; numerous nieces and nephews; his in-laws, Tim and Cindy Blalock of Union; and many faithful friends. Mr. Butler was pre-deceased by his grandparents, Marvin and Tina Rikard and Buck and Betty Butler.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Scott Cobb.
Visitation will follow the service at cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be John Langenfeld, Dennis Bevis, Danny Cardoza, Brad Eller, Jeremy Strickland and Mark Shetley.
