Jason Waddell

Mr. Robert Jason Waddell, age 41 of 186 Peter Hawk Creek Rd., Jonesville, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at his home.

Jason was born in Spartanburg, July 3, 1983, a son of Sandra Crowe Waddell of the home and Robert "Robbie" Waddell of Union. He was a 2001 graduate of Jonesville High School and was employed with Spartan Tank and Trailer as a mechanic. Jason loved riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He also loved to spend time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his mother and father are his wife, Brandy Brown Waddell; two daughters, Kinsley Waddell and Katlyn Waddell all of Union; two brothers, Eric Waddell and wife Crystal and Phillip Waddell and wife Brooke all of Union; his maternal grandmother, Mary George and his paternal grandmother, Roberta Harvey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Danika and Levi Waddell, Kynlee Smith, and Kori and Karson Waddell; and several cousins including a special cousin, Andrew Robison. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Vance Crowe and Marvin Waddell.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, October 14, 2024 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, conducted by Rev. Chad Ponder.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday evening at the Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel, 145 Hames Ave., Jonesville.

Active pallbearers will be Eric Waddell, Phillip Waddell, Noah Haydock, Matt Robison, John Bobo, Brandon Johnson, Blake Donahue, and Andres Jimenez.
