Mrs. Jennie Lynn Mixon Knox, wife of Tommy F. "Tom Tom" Knox, II of 947 Webber Lake Rd., Union, went home to be with the Lord while surrounded by her family and special friends, Friday, December 13, 2019 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Mrs. Knox was born in Florence, SC February 19, 1970, a daughter of the late William H. Mixon and Jeanette Walters Mixon. She was a graduate of Union High School and was employed as a dental hygienist for Dr. William Webber as long as her health permitted. Mrs. Knox valiantly battled Diabetes most of her life and dearly loved her dog, Georgia. She was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Tate Knox and wife Mallerie of Union; two grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Kylie Knox and Wesley Knox; father-in-law, Tommy F. Knox; a sister-in-law, Melinda Littlejohn and husband Jeff; a niece, Miranda Littlejohn and a nephew, Lee Littlejohn and wife Tiffany. Mrs. Knox was predeceased by her sister, Regina Mixon and her mother-in-law, Dianne Knox. Graveside services will be held 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 16, 2019 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Chris Gulledge and Robbie Littlejohn. Visitation will be held at the graveside immediately following the service. Knox, 184 Browns Creek Church Rd., Union, SC 29379.
