Jerri Roberts Sanders

Mrs. Jeraldyn Roberts "Jerri" Sanders, age 81, of Jonesville, passed away Monday August 22, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mrs. Sanders was born in Pageland, SC, January 28, 1941, a daughter of the late E.H. Roberts and Cora Gathings Roberts. She was a graduate of Winthrop College and received her Master's degree in education from the University of South Carolina. She was a retired teacher having taught at Jonesville Elementary School. Mrs. Sanders was an active member of Augsburg Lutheran Church.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are a daughter, Krystal Sanders Beckner and husband Jeff of St. Louis, MO; six grandchildren, Kris, Cameron, Julia, Allie, Ethan and Zach and three great-grandchildren, Tyson, Naya, and Jaxon. She was predeceased by a sister, Brenda "Bunny" Funk and two brothers, Mike Roberts and Pat Roberts.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Augsburg Lutheran Church conducted by Pastor Marie Miller-Perez. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 AM Saturday at the church prior to the services.

The following are asked to serve as the honorary pallbearers, Mike Roberts, Stephen Roberts, Jason Lewis, Cameron Beckner, Ethan Beckner, Zach Beckner and Kris Sanders.
