Jimmy Rochelle Brock

Mr. Jimmy Rochelle Brock, age 69, of 151 Mudbridge Road, Buffalo, widower of Wanda Davis Brock, passed away, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at his home.

Mr. Brock was born April 21, 1953, in Union, a son of the late Jesse Leo Brock and Rena Mae Parton Brock.  He was retired from the South Carolina Department of Transportation.

Surviving are a sister, Peggy Phillips of Union; a brother, Gene Brock and wife Anne of Union; a sister-in-law, Linda Brock of Union; a good friend, Linda "Cookie" Wilson Russell of Union; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a sister, Florence "Deedie" Deputy and three brothers, Olin "Wink" Brock, Pete Brock, and Buddy Brock.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Johnny Burgess and Rev. Larry Goins, II.  Burial will be immediately following the services at Putman Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.

The family is at the home of his sister, Peggy Phillips, 126 Timberlake Road, Union, SC 29379.
