John Mobley Lowe

Mr. John Mobley Lowe, Sr., age 82, husband of Deloris Ann Gillian Lowe, of 113 Graham Dr., Union, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 22, 2024, at his home.

Mr. Lowe was born February 25, 1942, in Union, a son of the late John Calvin Lowe and Lillian Virginia Greer Lowe Wilbanks.  He retired from Conso Products and had previously worked at United Merchants of Union.  Mr. Lowe was a member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 60 years are two sons, Charles Thomas "Tommy" Lowe and Wesley Ted Lowe both of the home; a niece MaKayla Thompson of Fountain Inn; three nephews, Gavin Thompson of Union, Ricky Thompson and wife Cindy and Philli Edward Thompson; two special great-nephews, Sebastian Lobe and Atlas Lobe both of Fountain Inn; a special cousin, JoAnne Miles of Wilkesburg, NC; and a special friend, Diane Lipsey.  He was predeceased by a son, John Mobley "Doodle" Lowe, Jr. and a sister, Diane Lowe Thompson.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 23, 2024, and Monday, June 24, 2024 at the home, 113 Graham Dr., Union from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
