Joseph Scott Crocker

Mr. Joseph Scott "Joe" Crocker, age 54 of 508 Hart Street, Union, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care. Mr. Crocker was born in Union, SC August 28, 1961, a son of the late Ralph S. Crocker and Dorothy Adams Crocker. He was a graduate of Union High School and was employed with Wilkes Logging Company. Mr. Crocker was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Kayla Reid of Myrtle Beach; a son, Kyle Reid and wife Tiffany of Union; two grandchildren: Gracie Reid of Myrtle Beach and Kyleigh Reid of Union; two sisters: Jane Jones and husband Dean of Union and Joyce Broome and husband Tommy of Union and a brother, Jim Crocker and wife Karen of Union. Mr. Crocker was predeceased by a brother, Butch Crocker. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Salem Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Wayne Cooke. Visitation will be held at the church immediately following the service. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family will be at the home of his sister, Jane and Dean Jones, 773 Bob Adams Rd, Union, SC 29379.
