Joseph Nathaniel Martin

Mr. Joseph Nathaniel Martin, age 40, husband of Krissy Mangum Martin of 214 Kissy Creek Circle, Union, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 17, 2021.

Mr. Martin was born in Union, May 21, 1981, a son of David and Faye McSwain Martin. He attended Union High School and was self-employed doing maintenance and home repairs. Mr. Martin was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to wife and parents are a son, Bobby Nathaniel Martin of the home; his beloved dog, Thor; a sister, Amanda Wix and husband Joshua of Gray Court. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Audrey McSwain, his paternal grandparents, Carrie Inman and Thomas Martin, and his in-laws, Bobby Mangum, Jr. and Mary Roark.

The family wishes to say a special Thank You to the staff and nurses of Spartanburg Regional Home Hospice for their care and concern shown to Mr. Martin and his family.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Melvin Shelton. Visitation will be held at the graveside immediately following the service.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 2153 Mt. Lebanon Rd., Buffalo, SC 29321.

The family will be at the home, 214 Kissy Creek Circle, Union and at the home of his parents, 822 Flat Dr., Buffalo.
