Joyce Elaine (Boulware) Sinclair

Mrs. Joyce Elaine Boulware Sinclair, age 72, wife of James Earl Sinclair, of 164 Stevens Rd., Buffalo, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Sinclair was born September 28, 1948 in Union, a daughter of the late Gilbert Boulware and Virginia O'Shields Boulware.  She was a graduate of Union High School and retired from Paragon Plastics.  Mrs. Sinclair attended Buffalo Baptist Church where she was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class until her health declined.  She loved gardening and family gatherings, especially Christmas.  Mrs. Sinclair was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Jennifer Allen and husband Jeff of Union and Jessica Paige of Buffalo; three sisters, Margie Goins of Buffalo, Susan Turner and husband Roy of Union, and Janice Ashmore and husband Stan of Buffalo; four grandchildren, Levi Allen, Noah Allen, Savannah Williams, and Weston Paige; and a special sister-in-law, Judy Sanford of Buffalo.  She was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Howard "Cooter" Goins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Brian Redding.  Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Curtis Plexico, Craig Price, Robert Palmer, Byrd Ivey, Larry Sinclair, and Richie Brown.  The following are asked to sit in a group and form the honorary escort, the Nurses and Staff of MSA Hospice and the Willing Workers Sunday School Class of Buffalo Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank the Nurses and Staff of MSA Hospice for their love and care of Mrs. Sinclair during her illness.
