Joyce Inabinet

Mrs. Joyce Moore Inabinet, age 86, wife of Gerald Drew Inabinet, Sr. of 605 Lakeside Dr., Union went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

Mrs. Inabinet was born January 17, 1939, in Chester, SC, a daughter of the late Dewey Lee Moore and Gladys Williams Moore. She was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church. Mrs. Inabinet was a nurse and spent over 40 years working at Wallace Thomson Hospital after being hired by Ellen Sager. She later worked for Dr. Keith and served on the Wallace Thomson Hospital Board.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 58 years are her children, Michael Johnson, Dennis Johnson, Stephanie Goodale (Brad), and Gerald Inabinet, Jr., all of Union. Mrs. Inabinet is also survived by numerous grands and great grandchildren, and two nieces: Linda Malpass and Peggy Gordon. She also leaves behind a special care giver, Lynette Haney. Mrs. Inabinet was predeceased by three sisters, Helen Johnson, Hazel Revels and Bobbie Moore.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Doug Estes and Rev. Brad Goodale.

Active pallbearers will be Brad Goodale, Gerald Inabinet, Jr, Russell Inabinet, Nicholas Johnson, John Andrew Goodale, and Seth Goodale.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel prior to the services.
