Judy Stephens Harris

Ms. Judy Stephens Harris, age 72 of 408 Crescent Green Pond Rd., Woodruff, formerly of Buffalo, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at her home. Ms. Harris was born in Union, SC August 23, 1941, a daughter of the late William Arley Stephens and Pauline Quin Stephens. She was a former textile worker and was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Anna Sanders of the home; a son, Freddie Harris and wife Wendy of Buffalo; two grandchildren: Shanna Sanders of Pauline and Devon Puckett of Buffalo and six other grandchildren. Ms. Harris was predeceased by a son, Alvin Harris and a grandson, Damion Puckett. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Rick Cook. Visitation will be held at the graveside immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Judy S. Harris Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family will be their respective homes.
