Judy Bragg Wells

Mrs. Judy Elaine Bragg Wells, age 75, widow of Brian Keith Wells, Sr. of 125 Oakwood Rd., Jonesville, passed away January 21, 2026.

Mrs. Wells was born September 4, 1950, in Millen, GA, a daughter of the late Paul Ellis Bragg and Ruby Brunson Bragg. She was a graduate of Union High School and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Wells loved sewing, shopping on HSN and QVC, loved the beach, loved to eat and had the gift of gab. She loved to talk and never met a stranger. Mrs. Wells enjoyed the simple things in life, but the love of her life was taking care of Kimalee. She had worked for a time at Her Majesty but spent most of her adult life as a caregiver and a homemaker.

Mrs. Wells is survived by daughters, Terri Trantham of Union and Kimalee Wells, a son, Brian Keith Wells, Jr (Annie) both of the home and a sister, Linda Rumph of Union. She is also survived by grandchildren, Dustin Trantham, Kyle Trantham, Matthew O’Shields, Casey O’Shields Jordan, and Sophia Wells, great great-grandchildren, Thomas Wayne Trantham, Janie Beth Trantham, Carter Trantham, Bryson Trantham, Eli O’Shields, Lexi Leith and Madison House. Mrs. Wells also leaves behind a niece, Brandi Rochester, a nephew, Richie Wade, brothers-in-law, Mark Reynolds and Robby Wells and a special friend and caregiver, Natasha Hill. She was predeceased by a son, Tommy Ray O’Shields, a sister, Betty Jean Howell, a son-in-law, Jeff Trantham, a brother-in-law, George Rumph and her mother-in-law, Lillie Grant.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale. Burial will follow the services at Union Memorial Gardens,

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel.

Active pallbearers will be Jamie Nabors, Davis Rochester, Matt Nix, Mark Reynolds, Richie Wade and Tony Stamey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.

The family is at the home of her daughter, Terri Trantham, 218 Westmead Road, Union, SC.
