Mrs. Julia Q. "Beth" Adams, age 55, of 670 Pea Ridge Highway, Jonesville, widow of Michael Lynn Adams passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Adams was born in Lockhart, August 4, 1960, a daughter of the late John and Loretta Cookson Queen. She was a graduate of Lockhart High School and was a member of Morningstar Baptist Church in Pacolet. Mrs. Adams was formerly employed with Milliken & Co.-Monarch Plant and had been a school bus driver with the Union County Schools. Surviving are two daughters, Chanda Falcone and husband Anthony and Christina Burgess and husband Chad all of Jonesville; one brother, Robbie Queen and wife Roswitha; two sisters, Ellen Garner and husband Gerald and Caroline Thomason and husband Ronnie, all of Lockhart; two grandchildren, Mellana Falcone and Tony "Bubba" Falcone; two sisters-in-law, Jenny Adams and Deborah A. Crisp both of Jonesville; three brothers-in-law, Talmadge Adams and wife Debra of Union, Richard Adams and wife Shirley, and Ned Garner all of Jonesville. She was predeceased by two sisters-in-law, Lois Garner and Linda Kinsey and one brother-in-law Oscar Adams. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, May 27, 2016 at Porter-Gallman Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Andrew Carrigan and Rev. Gonzale Childers. Visitation will be held immediately following the services at the cemetery. The family will be at the home, 670 Pea Ridge Highway, Jonesville, SC 29353.
