June Haney Hawkins

July 12, 2019 Mrs. June Haney Hawkins, age 64, wife of Mike Hawkins, Sr. of 1713 Union Blvd., passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Hawkins was born in Union, April 2, 1955, a daughter of the late J.D. Haney and Peggy Petty Haney Ray. She was a graduate of Union High School and retired from Conso Products. Mrs. Hawkins was a member of Morningside Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, William Michael Hawkins, Jr. and wife Shelly and Jeffrey D. Hawkins; two sisters, Cindy Burnett and husband Dan and Lawayne Anderson and husband Mike; five grandchildren, Justin Smith, Jessica Smith, Dylan Hawkins, Erik Hawkins and Madison Hawkins; two nephews, Jared Anderson and wife Brooke and Jace Anderson and numerous cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Morningside Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Dr. Aulbrey Calvert. Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jace Anderson, Jared Anderson, Ermy Wilson, Mike Austin, Craig Price, Allen Petty and Erik Hawkins. Visitation will be held from 1:30 until 3:00 Saturday at the church prior to the services. The family will be at the home, 1713 Union Blvd., Union.
