Kacie Jo Taylor Cheraw, Sc

Ms. Kacie Jo Taylor, age 34, of 136 Lowe Rd., Cheraw, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at her home. Ms. Taylor was born in Union, April 9, 1980, a daughter of Peggy McGowan Wallace and husband Tommy Wallace of the home and the late Warren "Cowboy" Taylor. Ms. Taylor was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to her mother and step-father are a daughter, Mallory Outlaw of the home; her paternal grandmother, Helen Nix of Sylvania, Ga; her maternal grandfather, Francis McGowan of Union and several aunts and uncles. Ms. Taylor was predeceased by a daughter, Lacy Taylor. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the Lane Cemetery on Hawkins Rd., Union, conducted by Rev. Scott Cobb. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Tuesday prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Kacie Jo Taylor Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home of her grandfather, Francis McGowan, 603 N. Pinckney St., Union.
