Kalee Elisabeth Selim

July 18, 2017 Kalee Elisabeth Selim, age 22, of 127 South St., Buffalo, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017 at her home. Kalee was born February 25, 1995 in Spartanburg, SC a daughter of Janie Bright and husband John and the late Kenneth A. Selim. She was a graduate of Union County High School and was a manager at Jimmy's Fresh Air Galaxy. Surviving in addition to her mother and step-father are one two brothers, Troy Prosser and wife Marissa of Jonesville and Tristian Bright of Union; one nephew Carsyn Prosser; one aunt, Clarissa Barnett Taylor of Connecticut; one uncle, James Bright of Union; and cousins Christopher and Luke Barnett of Connecticut and Colby Bright of Union. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Ricky Cook. Active pallbearers will be, Troy Prosser, Tristian Bright, Blake Northern, Jaikaia Anderson, Nathan Silvers, and Thomas Scarborough. Visitation will be held 12:30 until 1:30 Sunday prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Kalee Elisabeth Selim Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home of her mother and step-father, Janie and John Bright, 114 Short St., Union, SC 29379.
