Kandy Prince Bobo

June 5, 2019 Mrs. Kandy Prince Bobo, age 61, wife of Dale Bobo of Union, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at her home after battling Stage IV Lung Cancer. Kandy was born January 20, 1958 in Union, a daughter of the late Richard "Bo" and Doris Prince. She was a faithful member of Mon Aetna Baptist Church where she volunteered with AWANA. Kandy and her husband Dale owned and operated Bobo Appliance Service where she worked for over 20 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving in addition to her husband Dale of 45 years are two sons, Roger D. Bobo and wife Jennie and Brian Bobo; two brothers, Richard "Bokie" Prince and Joey Prince and wife Amy; two granddaughters, Hayley and Brooklyn Bobo; and three grandsons, RJ Bobo, Drew Loftis, and Luke Loftis. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, June 7, 2019 at Mon Aetna Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Chris Gulledge and Rev. Benny Green. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Mark Vinson, Kevin Bellamy, Terry Bobo, Harold Bobo, Trey Prince, and Joey Prince. Visitation will be held from 1:30 until 3:00 PM prior to the services at the church. Memorials may be made to the Kandy Bobo Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home of her son, Roger Dale and wife Jennie, 106 Chelsea Court, Union, SC 29379.
