Karen Freeman Cook

Mrs. Karen Freeman Cook, age 73, of 113 College St., Union, widow of Samuel Meneffe, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at her home.

Mrs. Cook was born in Maryland, April 20, 1947, a daughter of the late John Dunlap Freeman and Mina Marie Graves Freeman.

Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl Cook of the home and Diana Norris and husband Martin of Maryland; a son, Ryan Cook of Maryland; three sisters, Ellen McDonald and husband Ed of California, Melody Jackson and Rosa Lee Arnold both of Maryland; and one granddaughter, Dena Burke of Maryland. Mrs. Cook was predeceased by a bother-in-law, Steve Arnold.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Maryland.
