Kathy H. Foster

Mrs. Kathy Hatton Foster, age 73, wife of 49 years to David Barry Foster of 175 Foster Farm Rd., Union, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mrs. Foster was born in Laurens, April 19, 1949, a daughter of the late Johnny Mac Hatton and Dorothy Adair Hatton. She was a graduate of Clinton High School and retired as a teacher's assistant at Sims Junior High School. Mrs. Foster previously worked at Carlisle Finishing. She was a faithful member of Duncan Acres United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, David Bradley "Brad" Foster and wife Jennifer of Union and two grandchildren, Kirsten and Gunner Foster.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, September 23, 2022, at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Merritt Wentz.

Visitation will be at the graveside immediately following the services.

Memorials may be made to Duncan Acres United Methodist Church, 417 Rice Ave., Union, SC 29379.

The family will be at the home, 175 Foster Farm Rd., Union.
