Kathy Diane Galloway

Mrs. Kathy Diane "Kass" Kirby Galloway, age 65, of 155 Lee Rd., Jonesville, widow of Alger Preston Galloway, Jr., passed away, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home. Mrs. Galloway was born in Whitmire on September 1, 1951 a daughter of the late Minnie Littlejohn Wix and step father Carl Wix of Jonesville. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. Surviving are three sisters, Brenda Eller and husband Arley of Buffalo, Betty Kirby and friend Wallace Harris of Union, and Haley Hoffman and husband Karl of Ohio; two brothers, James Littlejohn of Jonesville and Rev. Johnny Burgess of Buffalo; and a special friend, Doris Greer of Union; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Ernest Kirby Jr. and Bobby Joe Kirby. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at New Hope Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Johnny Burgess. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Andy Eller, Brad Eller, David Haney, Tyler Haney, Kenny Ray Puckett, and Pete Brock. Visitation will be held 7:00 until 8:30 PM Tuesday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. The family is at the home 155 Lee Rd., Jonesville, SC 29353.
