Kathy Marlene Lee

Ms. Kathy Marlene Gregory Fowler Lee, age 62 of 113 Partridge Rd., Union, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Ms. Lee was born in Union, SC January 7, 1952, a daughter of the late Ralph Henderson and Elizabeth Gregory. She was a graduate of Union High School and was employed with the US Postal Service in Spartanburg. Ms. Lee was a member of Glory Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters: Kathy Marino of Union and Kelly Roark and husband Michael of Myrtle Beach; a son, David Kevin Fowler and wife Amika of Pacolet; a sister, Patsy Petrie and husband Mike; two brothers: Michael Gregory and wife Robin and Dennis Gregory all of Union; six grandchildren: Kelsey Carmack, Keenan Malpass, Spencer Boulware, Kinsley Austin, McKenna Austin and Bryana Vaughan and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Glory Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Lee Franklin. Burial will be in Union Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Shane Petrie, Gerald Alman, Jr., Nick Davis, Chris Brewington, Daniel Nix, Keenan Malpass and Johnny Gregory. Visitation will be held at the graveside immediately following the committal service. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216. The family is at the home of her sister-in-law, Linda Gregory, 227 Old English Rd., Union.
