Kenneth C. Sullivan

Mr. Kenneth C. Sullivan, age 76, of 2345 Jonesville Hwy., Union, husband of Margaret Griffin Sullivan, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mr. Sullivan was born in Anderson, March 2, 1938, a son of the late Curtis Sullivan of Greenwood and the late Annie Mae Sullivan Holcombe of Fountain Inn. He retired from Milliken & Co-Cedar Hill Plant and was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Diane Thomason and husband Mike of Richburg,; two sons: Thomas E. Grant and Jerry Wayne Grant both of Union; two sisters: Helen Griswell of Fountain Inn and Carolyn Clark of California; seven brothers, Dean, Don, Bobby, Harold, Jimmy, Ralph, and Wayne Holcombe all of Fountain Inn; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Mr. Sullivan was predeceased by a sister, Linda S. Beacham, and four brothers, Earl E., Tony, Jerry and Charles Holcombe. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at SR Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Rick Cook. Visitation will be held in the chapel immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross, Piedmont Chapter, P.O. Box 1108, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home, 2345 Jonesville Hwy, Union.
