Mrs. Lillie Mae Harris Frost, age 88, wife of Leroy "Hank" Frost of 937 Main St., Buffalo, passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Frost was born in Union, SC June 7, 1927, a daughter of the late Bryan Harris and Lois Gault Harris. She retired from United Merchants - Union Plant and was a member of Duncan Acres United Methodist Church. Mrs. Frost was a member of the United Methodist Women and the Loyalty Sunday School Class. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters: Sandra Wade and husband Joe and Brenda Belue; a son, Stanley Griffin and wife Pam all of Union; s step-son, Dennis Frost and wife Leesa of Union; a step-daughter, Louise Frost of Joanna; a brother, Roger Harris of Union; six grandchildren: Shannon Austin, Scotty Wade, Brandy Wilson and husband David, Laura Wade, Tina Clayton and Michelle Frost; seven great-grandchildren: Seth Wade and wife Lacey, Logan Wade, Nick Wade, Chase Austin, Lucas Austin, Kaigan Wilson and Kade Griffin; a great-great-grandchild, Mason Wade; special nieces: Debbie Lominack, Emily Cannon, Sonya Minor, and Wanda Morrison and two special nephews, Bryan and Jody Gault. Mrs. Frost was predeceased by a grandson, Shane Wade; two sisters: Hazel Minor and Willamena Gault and a brother, Louis O. "Bud" Harris. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Monday, July 6, 2015 at Duncan Acres United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Merritt Wentz and Rev. Tommy Bailey. Burial will be at Union Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Kenny Lominack, Chase Austin, Lucas Austin, Andy Lominack, David Kingsmore and Seth Wade. The following are asked to assemble at the church at 2:45 PM Monday to form the Honorary Escort: Carol and Brenda Alexander, J.D. and Judy Bright, Bob and Helen Gist, Dennis Crisp, Bruce and Vicki Morgan, the United Methodist Women, Jimmy Smith and friends of Jimmy Smith Opera, Ricky McKinney and James Maness. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Duncan Acres United Methodist Church, 417 Rice Avenue, Union, SC 29379. The family will be at the home, 937 Main Street, Buffalo and at the home of her daughter, Sandy and Joe Wade, 233 Munro St., Union.
