Linda H. Greer

Mrs. Linda Harmon Greer, age 84, widow of Hubert D. Greer, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Mrs. Greer was born in Union, February 2, 1940, a daughter of the late Lewis and Sidney Bradburn Harmon. She was a graduate of Union High School, worked at Cone Mill, Carlisle Finishing and retired from the Union County Probate Judge office. Mrs. Greer was a lifelong member of Unity Methodist Church.

Surviving are a sister, Peggy H. Langley, and her caregivers, Butch Dill and Kathy and Jerry Brannon. She is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Dean Greer, two sisters, Leila Bassin and Margaret Dill, and two brothers, Chandler Harmon and Gene Harmon.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 17, 2024 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Merritt Wentz and Rev. Mary S. Nichols. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the services.

The family will be at their respective homes.
