Linda Ann Warren

Linda Ann Warren Lockhart, SC Ms. Linda Ann "Hooch" Warren, age 73 of 308 S. 3rd St., Lockhart, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Ms. Warren was born in Lockhart, September 10, 1941 a daughter of the late Curtis Lee Warren and Erlene Roberts Warren. She was a graduate of Lockhart High School and retired from Duke Power Co. Ms. Warren also held several other jobs within the community. She was an active member of Lockhart United Methodist Church where she served as a Layperson. She had coached Dixie Youth Baseball, was a contributing columnist for the Union County News and was an avid animal lover. Surviving are a brother, Allen Warren of Lockhart; a niece, Melanie W. McKee and husband Dustin; a nephew, Jacob Allen Warren; special friends, Donna Sneddon and husband, Jerry of Lockhart, and Steve P. Harrison and his children, Elizabeth Harrison and Steven Harrison, and grandchild, Hadley Harrison of Walterboro. Ms. Warren was also survived by numerous cousins and many friends. She was predeceased by her best friend, Polly Warren and a niece, Robin S. Harrison. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Lockhart United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Donna Eidson, Rev. Alan Quarles and Rev. Merritt Wentz. Burial will be at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery in Chester. Visitation will be held 6:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday evening at the S.R.
