Lois Marie Gillian

Mrs. Lois Marie Brewington Gillian, age 71, wife of Alvin T Gillian of 313 Drugstore Street, Buffalo, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mrs. Gilliam was born in Buffalo, SC February 3, 1943, a daughter of the late Erskine F. Brewington and Mamie Zimmerman Brewington. She was a 1961 graduate of Union High School and was a former member of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Gillian was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving in addition to her husband of forty-nine years are two daughters: Cindy Shetley and husband Dennis of Union and Lisa Donnahoo and husband Dennis of Chesnee; a grandson, Landon Donnahoo of Chesnee and a brother, Erskine "Bud" Brewington of Rockledge , FL. Graveside services will be held 11:0 AM Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Johnny Burgess and Rev. Randy Burgess. Visitation will be held immediately following the service at the graveside and also at the home of his daughter, Cindy and Dennis Shetley, 137 Velda Drive, Union.
