Marion Neal "Mack" Elliott, Sr.

Mr. Marion Neal "Mack" Elliott, Sr., age 83, formerly of Buffalo, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home.

Mr. Elliott was born in Buffalo, August 24, 1937, a son of the late Columbus S. Elliott and Bertha Vess Elliott. He retired from the S.C. Highway Department and had previously work with United Merchants, Buffalo Plant for a number of years. Mr. Elliott attended Buffalo United Methodist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was first married to the late Judith Coleman Elliott.

Surviving is his wife, Carol Sprouse Elliott of Union; a daughter, Lea Ann Elliott-Grant; a son, Neal Elliott and wife Carla; a granddaughter, Hannah Lee Bates and husband Devin; two great-granddaughter, Jayci and Ellie Bates all of Buffalo; two stepsons, Mike Sanders and wife Cindy, and Maxie Sanders and wife Mary Jo all of Union; a brother, Sam Elliott of Buffalo and a sister, Zeelon McSwain of Oxford, GA. Mr. Elliot was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Kevin Dalton. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service.
