Marjorie Elaine Moore

Mrs. Marjorie Elaine Moore, age 79, of 202 McPherson St., Union, widow of John Franklin Moore, passed away, Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Mrs. Moore was born September 8, 1942, in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada, a daughter of the late Billy Mullen and Vera Mullen.  She attended Lakeside Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Robert Moore and friend Teree Mullins of Union and Terry Moore; a sister, Lois Nuell of Swain River; eight grandchildren, Heather M. Robertson (Brad) of Inman, Robert J. Malone of Atlanta, Misty Patrick (Alley) of Union, Tiffany Greene (Brooke Floyd) of Union; Dustin Moore (Blayke) of Buffalo, Nathaniel C. Moore of Union, Kristin Fleming (Chris), and Shawn McPhail; eleven great-grandchildren; and her extended family in Canada.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Tammy Haney; four brothers and eight sisters.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Brad Goodale.  Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
