Martha K. Chamberlin

Mrs. Martha Kerstetter Chamberlin, age 88 of Gibert St. Union, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Mrs. Chamberlin was born in Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, April 18, 1927, a daughter of the late Thomas and Ruth Grove Kerstetter. She was retired from Her Majesty in Union and was predeceased by her longtime companion, Delmar L. Kinney. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Powell of Tennessee; a son, Thomas Chamberlin and wife Cathy of Pennsylvania; a brother, Dean Kerstetter and wife Jean also of Pennsylvania; special friends, Sidney and Jerri Palmer of Jonesville and three grandchildren. Mrs. Chamberlin was predeceased by a daughter, Dr. Linda Chamberlin. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Wayne Cooke. Visitation will be held at the graveside from 2:00 until 3:00 PM prior to the services. Memorial may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29303.
