Matthew Marshall Mayhorn, Sr., sadly passed away Saturday December 13,2025 at Holmes Regional Medical Center, located in Melbourne Florida

Matthew was born in Logan, West Virginia On April 27,1965.to the late Larry Mayhorn and the late Arbutus Hendricks. Matthew was employed at Randolph Trucking for 29 years before his illness took him from doing the job he loved so much. While here on earth he drove millions of miles of road transporting Asphalt, Rock and Sand. He was known by his Trucker family as “Roadrunner”. In his spare time he loved fishing, playing a good game of Bingo or taking his next Carnival Cruise.

He leaves behind a Daughter Angela Mayhorn fiancée Matt Davis Of Buffalo SC and a Son Matthew Mayhorn Jr.(Bubba) of Union SC, Four Brothers Mike Mayhorn and Wife Kim of Claremont N.C. Pete Mayhorn and Wife Pam of Melbourne Florida, Larry Floyd and wife Crystal of Orange Park Florida and Brian (Scott) Mayhorn of Fond du Lac Wisconsin One sister Debra Priddy Of Gallipolis Ohio,He also leaves behind a number of Nieces ,Nephews ,Aunts and Uncles.He was pre deceased by a brother Teddy Mayhorn and two sisters Debra and Teresa Mayhorn all of Logan West Virginia.

The Family will announce A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date and hope you will be able to join them.
