Michael Eugene Parker

Mr. Michael Eugene Parker, age 68, husband of Deborah Birch Parker, of 107 S. 6th St., Lockhart, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Atrium Health Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte. Mr. Parker was born June 27, 1953 in Chester, a son of the late Frank Parker and Ethelene Roberts Parker.  He was retired from Springs Industry.  Mr. Parker was a member of Lockhart First Baptist Church.  He loved hunting and fishing. Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Brandy Parker of Lockhart; two sons, Mickey Parker and wife Shayna of Lockhart and Roger Parker and wife Kasie of Union; a sister, Libby Parker of Lockhart; two sisters, Nissy Parker of Woodruff and Regina Parker of Lockhart; nine grandchildren, Taylor Morris and husband Mitch, Seth Parker, Anthony McLaren, Christian McLaren, Harleigh McLaren, Jaxon Parker, Ashlynn Parker, and Maddox Parker; and three great-grandchildren, Emerson Morris, Aria Stewart, and Karter Parker.  He was predeceased by a grandson, Brandon Parker; a brother, Danny Parker; and his maternal grandmother, Lois Roberts. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Lockhart First Baptist Church, Family Life Center, 126 Armory Rd., Union, SC 29379, conducted by the Rev. Drew Rogers, and Rev. Delos Blanton. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the services at Lockhart First Baptist Church Family Life Center.
