Mickey Wayne Crisp

Mr. Mickey Wayne Crisp, age 53 of 2717 Lockhart Hwy, Union, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at his home. Mr. Crisp was born in Union, SC May 15, 1962, a son of Bennie Gregory Crisp of the home and the late Glenn Everette Crisp. He was a graduate of Union High School and had attended the University of South Carolina. Mr. Crisp was formerly employed with the Spartanburg Hospital for Restortative Care. He was a member of Brown's Creek Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his mother are his partner, Raymond Justice, Jr. of the home; a sister, Debbie Crisp Boyle of the home; a brother, Thomas Crisp and husband Biff Piner of Philadelphia; a daughter, Lindsay Crisp of Buffalo; a son, Matthew Crisp of Union; six grandchildren: two step-daughters: Elizabeth Wingfield of Millen, GA and Jennifer Justice of Woodruff and a mother-in-law, Kathy Southerland of Boiling Springs. Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Holy Communion Lutheran Church, 1430 John B. White Blvd., Spartanburg, conducted by Chaplain Skip Snyder. Visitation will be held 2:00-3:00 PM Saturday in the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mickey W. Crisp Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home, 2717 Lockhart Hwy, Union.
