Mildred Graham Rogers

August 4, 2015 Mrs. Mildred Graham Rogers, age 85, of 629 Rice Ave Ext, Apt 7B, Union, widow of Jack R. Rogers, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Rogers was born in Union, SC May 2, 1930, a daughter of the late Orin Graham and Clara Belle Lancaster Graham. She was a graduate of West Springs High School and retired from United Merchants - Buffalo Plant after forty years of service. She was a member of West Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Rogers was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are a daughter, Pat Osborne and husband Donnie of Seneca; a son, Tim Rogers and wife Teresa of Buffalo; five grandchildren: Alan Rogers and wife Lindsey, Melissa Miller and husband Craig, Laura Vaughan, Lisa Jordan and husband Phil and Chris Osborne; and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rogers was predeceased by a sister, Cleo Bennett and a brothers, Nelson "Nub" Graham. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2015 at West Springs Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Rufus Chaneyworth. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Larry Bennett, Richard Bennett, Kevin Bennett, Michael Bennett, Edward Sinclair and Joey Mayes. Visitation will be held 12:00-1:00 PM Friday in the church prior to the service. Memorials may be made to West Springs Baptist Church, 4811 Buffalo West Springs Hwy, Pauline, SC 29374. The family is at the home of her son, Tim and Teresa Rogers, 3094 Buffalo West Springs Hwy, Buffalo.
