Mrs. Mildred Bennett Sinclair, age 91, of 1021 Mudbridge Rd., Buffalo, widow of Robert Lee Sinclair Jr., passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Sinclair was born in Union Co., October 1, 1925, a daughter of the late Sterling Price and Lunette Lancaster Bennett. She was a graduate of West Springs High School. She was a retired textile worker having worked in Buffalo, Jonesville, and Whitmire. After retiring she became a caregiver to many family and friends. Mrs. Sinclair was a lifelong member of West Springs Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Robert Edward Sinclair of Buffalo. Mrs. Sinclair is also survived by a sister, Carolyn B. Jackson of Union; and two brothers, Jim Bennett and Ralph Bennet and wife Dianne both of Spartanburg; two grandchildren, David Sinclair and wife Sonya of Buffalo, and Betsy S. Robinson and husband Kevin of Union; and great-grandchildren Amanda S. Quinn and husband Phillip, and Nathan and Noah Robinson all of Union. Mrs. Sinclair is predeceased by a brother, Rev. Austin Bennett. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, February 20, 2017 at West Springs Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Greg Black and Rev. Dr. Henry Johnson. Burial will be in the West Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The following will serve as active pallbearers: Charles Bennett, Gerald Bennett, Larry Bennett, Jim Cunningham, Phillip Quinn, and Steve Sinclair. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 Monday at the church prior to the service. The family is at the home of her son, Robert Edward Sinclair, 1031 Mudbridge Road, Buffalo.
