Monty Layne Paschall, Jr.

Mr. Monty Layne Paschall, Jr., age 40, husband of Misty Henderson Paschall, of 486 Bogan Rd., Jonesville, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Mr. Paschall was born October 20, 1980, in Union, a son of Deborah Benvenuti Widener and the late Monty Layne Paschall, Sr.  He was a graduate of Union High School and Spartanburg Community College.  Mr. Paschall was employed as an Electrician with SEFA Group.  He attended Bogansville United Methodist Church.  Monty lovingly known by everyone as Bubba and Uncle Bubba, loved his family and friends, bigger than life.  Other than his family his passions were hunting, fishing, cooking, and the Dallas Cowboys.

Surviving in addition to his wife are three children, Hannah Paschall, Austin Paschall, and Mason Henderson all of Jonesville; his mother, Debbie Widener and husband Rob Widener of Aiken; a brother, Sean Paschall and wife Kristi of Chapin; two sisters, Christina Thomas and husband David of Mount Pleasant and Amy Lasher and husband Curtis of Morocca, Africa; his in-laws, Wayne and June Henderson of Jonesville; two sisters-in-law, Mindy Tyler and husband Michael and Mica Duncan and husband Trip all of Jonesville; and numerous nieces and nephews, whom Uncle Monty adored.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 25, 2021at Bogansville United Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Josh Freeman.  Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Gene LeMaster, Justin LeMaster, Chad Seymore, Jacob Holt, Tanner Duncan, Conner Tyler, Luke Paschall, Caleb Benvenuti, Calen Benvenuti, Nickolas Lasher, and Christian Lasher.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM Saturday, prior to the services at the church.

The family is at the home of his sister-in-law, Mindy and Michael Tyler, 4086 Buffalo West Springs Highway, Jonesville, SC 29353.
