Nathan Nicholas Gregory, age 19, of 139 Bentley Town Rd., Union, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center after a sudden illness. Nathan was born in Spartanburg, September 15, 1999, a son of Leslie Nichole Royster Gregory of Buffalo and Ronnie Allen Gregory of the home. He was a 2018 graduate of Union Co. High School and worked alongside his father at Honest Ron's Auto. Nathan's hobbies included Kart Racing and automobile body repair work in which he was a certified technician. He was a member of Philippi Baptist Church and attended Brown's Creek Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his mother and father are a brother, Dustin Allen Gregory and wife Katie of Mississippi; a nephew, Holden Gregory; his maternal grandmother, Mary Marsha Royster of Union, an uncle and aunt, Jimmy and Rhonda Gregory of Union and several cousins. Nathan was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Grady Bruce and Docie Ann Stewart Gregory and an uncle B.B. Gregory. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at Brown's Creek Baptist Church conducted by Rev. John Lee and Rev. Brad Goodale. Burial will be at Brown's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Wednesday at the church prior to the services. Active pallbearers will be Bradley Pruitt, Johnathan Owens, Noah Garner, Tyler Gregory, Colby Gregory and Brett Gregory. The family will be at the home of his mother, 3559 Buffalo-West Springs Hwy., Buffalo and at the home of his father, 139 Bentley Town Rd., Union. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231.
